Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

• Cut-to-length cables and custom-ordered products
• Products showing signs of installation or use
• Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Contact support@powerbuild.co.ke to initiate a return.
